I am a member of an animal rescue group which holds pet adoptions every weekend at Petco in Ramsey (Interstate Shopping Center).
Every weekend one of our junior volunteers (13-15 years of age)places a food order by phone with Friendly's.
The service is consistently poor. Mistakes are often made in the orders and food or ice cream/beverages are not given. This past weekend one young volunteer, while placing the order, was hung up on and when the young lady called back the person answering was extremely rude.
Proper attitude is essential when dealing with the public and unfortunately it is seriously lacking on the part of some of your employees.

Great food the Best Chinese food in town! i have all my friends go here! i love this place so much. their Dumplings are DELICIOUS! i have never gone to any other restaurant in Ramsey. this is the only Restaurant that i eat in Ramsey. so over all this is the best restaurant in Ramsey.

This place is ok, I do like the kung po chicken, but for north Jersey it is overpriced. The restaurant interior itself is horrific, pungent purple walls all over. I close my eyes when I go inside.

I don't know what you all are raving about!!!! I'm all for great, authentic food being a cook myself but really, On the Border is even better than this place!! I'd rather go to Taco Bell!!! The only decent thing was what they claimed was a burrito, a small soft taco with filling and "mole" sauce on top. The "tamale" was not even edible.I don't know what they used to make it, but it sure wasn't cornmeal!!! They brought over a dessert size plate of rice and beans and when we told then we wanted 2 orders they said that is 2 servings! They had 2 14 yr old girls as waitresses that were too busy talking and doing nothing behind the counter to take our order. My friend had always talked about it and saw all the positive reviews here but I guess I should have taken the advice of the only bad one.

I have been in New jersey all my life. That means I've had some GREAT pizza in my time. New York Pizza in Ramsey, NJ is what I will go ahead and call the hands-down greatest plain cheese pie in America. Everything else is really, really good, but if you want to experience true euphoria when keeping it simple and ordering a plain cheese pizza, go here. No place can even come close.
